Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free worldwide on every order, with no minimum spend and no surprise charges at checkout. Prices are shown and charged in British pounds (GBP).
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking when it ships.
Delivery estimates
- United Kingdom: typically 3–5 working days after dispatch
- Europe: typically 7–12 working days after dispatch
- United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and rest of world: typically 7–14 working days after dispatch
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections and severe weather can extend them.
Packaging
Each hotel ships in a protective carton with the copper roof shielded. Multi-packs ship together in one box wherever possible. Packaging is recyclable.
Duties and taxes outside the UK
Depending on your country, import duties or local sales taxes may be charged on delivery by your customs authority. Those charges are set by your government, are not collected by us and are the recipient's responsibility. Any taxes we are required to collect are shown at checkout before you pay.
Address changes and failed deliveries
If you need to correct an address, email support@wildbeehotel.com as soon as possible — we can usually amend it before dispatch. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we will reship it once you confirm a corrected address, or refund the order.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us with your order details and a photograph where relevant. We will replace or refund it. You are not expected to chase the carrier yourself.
