We collect the minimum information needed to take your order, deliver it and answer your questions. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, shipping address, delivery notes, and what you ordered.
- Payment confirmation: whether a payment succeeded, the amount, and a payment reference. We never see or store your full card number.
- Correspondence: emails you send us and our replies.
Why we use it
To take payment, ship your order, handle returns and refunds, answer support requests, and keep the accounting records we are legally required to keep. We do not use your details for profiling or automated decision-making.
Who processes data for us
- Our payment provider, which processes your card payment and holds the card data.
- Our hosting and database provider, where order records are stored securely.
- Delivery carriers, which receive the name and address needed to deliver your parcel.
These providers act on our instructions and may process data outside your country, protected by appropriate safeguards.
Marketing
We only send marketing email if you ask us to. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect transactional emails about an order you have placed.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. Support correspondence is kept for up to two years.
Cookies
This site works without advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies set are strictly necessary for the site and checkout to function, such as remembering a payment session.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it, or object to a particular use. Email support@wildbeehotel.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment provider, and order records are stored in an access-controlled database that only our systems can read.
